We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team and help maintain our high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The Bar Manager will play a critical role in delivering an excellent drinking experience through both leadership and hands-on service. This is a full-time management position suited for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses a genuine love for the craft of mixology. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of bar function including staff scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and customer service. You will also interact directly with customers, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Your expertise in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks will be essential in guiding the team and upholding the bar's reputation for excellence. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels are crucial to ensuring a seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership ability with at least two years of management experience in a bar or hospitality setting, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Knowledge of relevant food, beverage, and health safety regulations is important, and training certifications such as BARSMARTS are desirable though not mandatory. Computer literacy is required to handle scheduling and inventory systems efficiently. Job Requirements

- minimum two years of bartending experience

Job Duties
- Offer world-class service
- prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- assess a customer’s needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
- plan and present bar menus
- check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- manage staff scheduling, beverage ordering, and cash handling
