Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of bartending experience
  • minimum two years of management experience
  • strong knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation
  • ability to manage inventory and handle cash
  • excellent customer service skills
  • computer literacy
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • minimum two years of management background
  • excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • computer literacy
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • relevant training certificate like BARSMARTS preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Offer world-class service
  • prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • assess a customer’s needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
  • plan and present bar menus
  • check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
  • ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • manage staff scheduling, beverage ordering, and cash handling
