Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- preferred 2 years management experience
- strong knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing
- computer literacy
- excellent communication skills
- positive attitude and team player
- ability to comply with health and safety regulations

- High level hospitality and a love for the craft
- proven working experience as a bartender

- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- computer literacy
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- relevant training certificate (BARSMARTS) preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Offer world-class service
- prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- assess a customer’s needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
- plan and present bar menus
- check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- uphold management responsibilities like scheduling, beverage ordering, cash handling
