Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience
  • Experience in bar management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle cash and perform inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • High level hospitality and a love for the craft
  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Preferred 2 years of management background
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Relevant training certificate (BARSMARTS) is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Offer world-class service
  • Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess a customer's needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menus
  • Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • Uphold responsibilities like scheduling, beverage ordering, cash handling
