Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years bartending experience
Experience in bar management preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle cash and perform inventory management

Job Qualifications

High level hospitality and a love for the craft
Proven working experience as a bartender
Preferred 2 years of management background
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Relevant training certificate (BARSMARTS) is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Offer world-class service
Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
Assess a customer's needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
Plan and present bar menus
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Uphold responsibilities like scheduling, beverage ordering, cash handling
