Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience
- Experience in bar management preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform inventory management
Job Qualifications
- High level hospitality and a love for the craft
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Preferred 2 years of management background
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Relevant training certificate (BARSMARTS) is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Offer world-class service
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess a customer's needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare craft cocktails
- Plan and present bar menus
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food, beverage, and health safety regulations
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Uphold responsibilities like scheduling, beverage ordering, cash handling
