The Barback position at Hun3 Bar is a pivotal role responsible for supporting bartenders and maintaining the bar area to ensure seamless operations. This role is integral to delivering the extraordinary guest experience that Hun3 Bar promises. The Barback assists in stocking the bar, preparing ingredients such as juices and garnishes, cleaning and organizing the bar space, and aiding bartenders in drink preparation. This position requires a proactive, enthusiastic individual who can work well under pressure, is neatly organized, and demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills. The Barback will play a key role in helping guests enjoy a smooth and enjoyable visit by ensuring the bar runs efficiently and meets the highest standards of service and presentation. Job Requirements

1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, but not required
Ability to follow recipes and utilize proper tools
Able to work well under pressure during times of high-volume service
Neat and organized at the bar during and outside of service
Shows consistent work habits and great work ethic
Possess the ability to multitask and problem solve
Able to speak properly and communicate to Guests in a professional manner
Proactive and enthusiastic team player working well with others
Positive and welcoming personality with a professional attitude
Strong task and time management
Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Knowledgeable on the entire concept of Bar Huna and the general tiki experience
Able to effectively sell and describe the drinks, the concept and the food to the Guests of Bar Huna
Stocking the bar with ice, glasses, liquor, mixers, and other supplies as needed
Preparing juices, syrups, batches, infusions, shrubs and garnishes for drinks
Cleaning and sanitizing the bar areas, including countertops, sinks, and equipment
Assisting the Bartenders in making drinks, including retrieving and opening bottles, measuring ingredients, and pouring drinks
Keeping the bar area organized and tidy, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and removing any empty bottles or glasses
