The Bar Back position at Canonita plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations behind our bar and supporting our bartenders by ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are readily available. This role demands a sincere dedication to delivering genuine hospitality and fostering warm connections with guests to enhance their overall dining experience. The Bar Back is responsible for keeping the bar stocked with fresh ingredients, clean glassware, plateware, and all tools required to offer exceptional service efficiently and professionally.

In addition to restocking and cleaning duties, the Bar Back actively contributes to the teamwork and success of the restaurant by working closely with bartenders, servers, and management to meet guests’ needs promptly.
