The Standard Grill offers guests a classic New York dining experience with a menu combining traditional steakhouse and New American cuisine.

The Standard is currently seeking a diligent Bar Back to join its dynamic team. This role is vital in supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. The Bar Back's responsibilities include the complete setup of the bar area before service, maintaining stock of all beverages and supplies during shifts, and assisting in bar breakdown at closing time. The role demands a strong organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
