The AXP Lounge, located at 3920 W Terminal Dr, Salt Lake City, UT, is currently seeking to hire full-time Bar Back associates. This role is a critical support position within the bar team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the bar area by providing timely replenishment of liquor, beer, wine, and bar snacks, as well as maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the shift. The Bar Back works closely with the bartenders to maintain optimal stock levels and assists in various duties that contribute to an exceptional guest experience. This opportunity offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $22.00, dependent on experience, and includes benefits such as free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.

As a Bar Back at AXP Lounge, the individual will be responsible for retrieving and delivering food and beverage items from storerooms and kitchen to the bar, setting up the bar with a well-organized display of top-shelf liquors, and ensuring that all equipment such as beer taps function properly. Additionally, the Bar Back will be tasked with keeping the bar area clean and tidy by bussing tables, washing work surfaces, and removing rubbish, all while supporting bartenders with beverage preparation when needed. This role requires at least two years of related experience and the candidate should demonstrate open availability to accommodate varied shifts.
