Job Requirements
- Prior upscale dining experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Open availability with flexible schedule
- Willingness to adhere to company safety and hygiene policies
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Availability to work varied shifts
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Receive all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed
- Replenish all liquor, beer and wine in the bar throughout the shift
- Retrieve needed food items from kitchen and deliver to bar area
- Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area
- Set up bottles on bar with top shelf liquor on back shelf
- Ensure beer taps are working properly
- Place appropriate bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
- Bus tables in bar area
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas
- Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment
- Sweep and mop service areas including floor mats
- Remove rubbish from all receptacles
- Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender
- Perform other duties as assigned
