This role is hourly paid at $12.96 plus tips and allows for early wage access via the Instapay system. As a Bar Back, the individual will support bartenders and other bar staff by ensuring that all liquor, beer, wine, snacks, and other beverage supplies are replenished and properly arranged throughout the shift. The role is crucial for maintaining smooth bar operations, contributing to a positive customer experience by keeping service areas well-stocked, clean, and orderly. Additionally, the Bar Back assists with opening and closing tasks, helps maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, washing surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of rubbish.
