We are currently seeking a dedicated Bar Back to join our motivated team. This role is instrumental in supporting the bar operations during peak hours and ensuring smooth workflow behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, punctual, and highly reliable, with the physical capability to manage the demands of a fast-paced bar setting. Responsibilities include backing up bartenders, keeping bar stations fully stocked with beverages and glassware, changing kegs, replenishing ice supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the bar area. The ability to work late night hours is essential, as is the strength to lift heavy loads of over 100 pounds safely. Candidates must be at least 21 years old due to the nature of the work.
