The role of Bar Back at Tillery is crucial to supporting the bar and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences. This position involves assisting with stocking and delivering supplies, ensuring beverage and food stations are well-maintained and organized, and adhering to strict inventory and food safety standards. As a Bar Back, you will be integral in ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently during peak hours, particularly on weekends from 11:00 AM until closing. Candidates for this position will have experience working as a Bar Back or in a similar food service role, along with a strong understanding of Responsible Alcohol Service policies.
