The role is based at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, a historic and iconic oceanfront hotel situated in Miami Beach near Sunny Isles. The Surf Club has a rich history dating back to 1930 and continues to be a beacon of elegance and luxury in the area. This beachside hotel offers guests a blend of history, luxury accommodations, celebrated dining, and a world-class spa, making it an exceptional place to work for hospitality professionals who value excellence and tradition.
The Bar Back position at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is a vital part of the restaurant team. This role focuses on supporting the bar operation by ensuring that the bar is impeccably stocked, clean, and prepared to provide seamless service to guests. The Bar Back works with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail, making sure that inventory is managed proactively and that the bar area upholds the Four Seasons standard of luxury and guest satisfaction. This full-time role includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality business.
This position demands teamwork, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. It requires the ability to anticipate the needs of the bar and guests, restocking supplies like garnishes, glassware, and kegs before running out, and maintaining cleanliness to support efficient bar service. The Bar Back also assists with monitoring guests and their needs, promptly clearing items and supporting the service team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Job Requirements
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Ability to work full-time including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions
- Ensure bar is stocked with proper inventory, garnish, glassware, etc. and monitor continuously for restocking, changes kegs
- Maintain cleanliness in bar area
- Assist with monitoring guests, promptly removing dishes, glassware, etc., responding to guests' requests
- Prepare for evening service while supporting AM operations
