Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to engage in active physical tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Ability to maintain endurance and pace in a high-volume work environment
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment a plus but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, popular environment
- Ability to focus on player experience and customer service
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Must be of legal serving age and have necessary certifications for responsible beverage service where required
Job Duties
- Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
- Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
