This role is based at the Topgolf venue in Austin, Texas, focusing on venue operations specifically related to bar services. As a Bar Back, the successful candidate plays a crucial supporting role in the efficient operation of the bar, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to deliver excellent service to guests. This includes maintaining a well-stocked bar area, handling restocking of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies, as well as managing the cleanliness and organization of bar equipment and surrounding areas. The Bar Back ensures customer satisfaction by promptly addressing the needs of guests and working closely with the bar team to maintain smooth operations during busy periods.

Job Duties
- Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies
- Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils
- Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning
- Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
