The role of Lounge Assistant Manager at Montana's Best Casinos is a dynamic leadership position that plays a crucial part in managing daily casino lounge operations. As a Lounge Assistant Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining superior guest experiences during shifts, implementing accounting decisions aligned with casino standards, and assisting in various operational functions including planning, organizing, and overseeing office procedures.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of accounting and inventory controls
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to use computers for data entry and reporting
- reliable transportation and contact availability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be accountable for customer service during the shift
- make accounting decisions consistent with casino operations standards, policies, and procedures
- assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups in office procedures, vendor invoicing, computer data entries, and shortage controls
- set the proper example for co-workers in professionalism, attitude, and teamwork
- be trained in all areas to cover managerial duties such as payroll, inventories, scheduling, counseling reports, retrains, and machine repairs
- handle and screen phone calls, maintain office supply levels, process and audit invoices
- prioritize and organize follow-up on office tasks, ensure security of casino assets, control casino cash fund and inventories, audit shift reports
- accurately complete all casino paperwork including daily reports, purchases, inventory adjustments, and payroll records
- manage vendor controls, prepare and complete liquor orders, check deliveries, stock liquor store to company standards
- maintain accurate liquor pricing for promotions and comply with state regulations, conduct liquor audits, prepare for liquor audits
- prepare bank deposits subject to managerial approval, enter and record sales and purchases, ensure casino safety
- fill in for manager during absences, work nights, weekends, and holidays, maintain reliable communication availability
