The Bar Supervisor role at Pacific Hospitality Group is central to maintaining the quality and vibrancy of bar operations. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the bar, ensuring both high-quality service and adherence to beverage standards. The supervisor leads a dedicated team of bartenders and barbacks, providing training, coaching, and support to uphold operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Responsible for managing inventory, the Bar Supervisor is also charged with ensuring compliance with all alcohol service regulations and health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, this role supports the implementation of new service offerings and promotions to keep the bar experience fresh and engaging.

This opportunity offers an hourly wage range of $28 to $29, reflecting the importance of the position within the organization's structure. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, an ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and a deep understanding of beverage operations, cost control, and customer service excellence. Job Duties

  • Supervise and schedule bar team members
  • coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards
  • oversee bar operations including cleanliness, setup, inventory, and preparation of beverages in accordance with recipes and pour standards
  • monitor inventory, participate in monthly counts, and ensure accurate ordering and stock rotation
  • promote and ensure responsible alcohol service aligned with state and local guidelines
  • engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a vibrant and professional atmosphere
