The organization takes pride in its commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and innovative dining experiences. Renowned for its multifaceted food and beverage operation, this fully rebuilt venue combines elegance with a welcoming atmosphere that attracts a diverse and dedicated clientele. The group is well-financed, allowing for creative freedom and the ability to implement fresh ideas that elevate the guest experience. The venue operates on a high volume, full-service model, blending corporate efficiency with the charm and flexibility of an independent brand. The family-centered values of the business foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
The position available is for a Bar and Restaurant Manager who will take charge of this dynamic operation. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing all bar and restaurant functions, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards in beverage quality, service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of bar management experience in a high-volume setting with annual sales exceeding four million dollars. Candidates with experience in both polished, full-service corporate concepts and independent brands are highly desirable, as this blend offers the perfect balance of skills and perspectives for success.
This leadership role requires a committed individual who values stability and longevity, as the organization seeks someone with stable tenure and no more than two jobs held over the past five years. The Bar and Restaurant Manager will have significant creative latitude to innovate and lead the team in delivering exceptional cocktails, hospitality, and a memorable guest experience. Compensation includes a generous salary complemented by gratuity and bonus potential, acknowledging the direct impact this role has on business success. Additional benefits enhance the overall package, including paid vacation or paid time off, relocation assistance with temporary housing, and comprehensive medical insurance.
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Northwest Michigan and embrace the unique lifestyle and opportunities this region provides. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to join a financially sound and supportive ownership group. The new manager will have the chance to make a strong impact on the operation while growing professionally within a family-oriented company that values both results and work-life balance. If you are passionate about craft cocktails, hospitality excellence, and team leadership, this position offers a rewarding career path with exciting challenges and ample room for advancement.
