The role of Bar & Coffee Associate at RH Hospitality is a pivotal position within the service team, designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering an elevated beverage experience. Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
Legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire
Meets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
Commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter height
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods as part of daily work activities
Safe navigation of stairs and low-lit, busy service areas
Commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
Passion for expanding expertise in wine, coffee, and cocktails
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver luxury service in a collaborative environment
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence
Commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional presentation
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques and safety standards

Job Duties

Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering first class service that reflects RH’s standards of hospitality
Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Uphold quality and consistency by adhering to RH’s recipe and service standards for all beverages
Engage guests with informed, thoughtful guidance on beverage offerings, including pairings and seasonal selections
Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the Bar, storage areas, and related service spaces
Stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted service
Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RH’s full menu, with a focus on beverage offerings
Support the flow of service with a “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed
Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals
