The role available at Gaylord Hotels is for a full-time, non-management position in the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. This position primarily involves ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the food and beverage areas and equipment. Responsibilities include completing the final breakdown of the function areas by cleaning rooms and returning equipment to its proper places, performing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down goods. The employee will be tasked with setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, monitoring the cleanliness and sanitation standards, and managing linen by transporting dirty linen for cleaning and restocking shelves with clean items. Maintaining a clean working environment throughout the shift using clean-as-you-go practices is essential, as is assisting other departments as needed to ensure the highest level of guest service.

Safety and security are prioritized in this role, requiring adherence to company policies, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and completing necessary safety training.
