Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- basic computer skills including email and electronic time-clocks
- five years culinary experience preferred
- possession of Tulsa County Food Handler's Card
- ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug test
- ability to obtain gaming license when required

Job Duties
- Ability to produce a quality product on a consistent basis
- conceptual understanding of advanced cooking skills
- knowledge of knife usage and all sanitation and safety requirements
- prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and reception buffet items per production orders under the direction of the Banquet Chef
- ensure timely food preparation for event setups as established by the Executive Chef
- perform quality taste checks on food items
- maintain working knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation
- manage banquet kitchen operations with minimal supervision
- maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen equipment, walk-ins, utensils, and work areas
- ensure proper food labeling, dating, and rotation following First In First Out
- follow directions and execute parties as instructed by the Banquet Chef
- clean equipment to maintain longevity
- maintain professional appearance at all times
- manage and supervise culinary and other staff as required
- assume and perform other duties as assigned
