The role of Property Administrative Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton Miami Beach is integral to the smooth operation of several key hotel functions. This full-time, non-management position involves supporting various departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage with their administrative needs. The specialist acts as a vital communication hub, liaising between clients, vendors, and the sales office, especially during the event lifecycle which includes pre-event planning, onsite coordination, and post-event follow-up. Core responsibilities center around preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications and records.
