Nestled in the beautiful National Forest and neighboring the iconic Mt. Rainier, Crystal Mountain offers an unparalleled mountain experience surrounded by nature's splendor. As part of the Alterra Mountain Company, which comprises some of the world's most aspirational outdoor brands, Crystal Mountain embraces a culture rooted in adventure, community, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class service and memorable guest experiences. The resort is a premier Ikon Pass destination, drawing outdoor enthusiasts from near and far to enjoy its vast terrain, breathtaking views, and year-round activities. The team at Crystal Mountain is driven by a passion for the outdoors, guest satisfaction, and collaboration, fostering a close-knit community where work and play blend seamlessly amidst the mountains. Employees enjoy a vibrant mountain lifestyle with events, camaraderie, and ample opportunities for personal and professional growth within the ski industry or hospitality sector.

The Banquet Bartender role at Crystal Mountain is an exciting seasonal position offering a wage starting at $17.13 plus tips. Reporting to the Banquet Manager and Banquet Captain and operating within the Banquets business unit, the Banquet Bartender plays a vital role in ensuring that guests enjoy exceptional beverage service during banquets and special events. This position requires adherence to established beverage recipes, preparation standards, and hospitality policies, including enforcing responsible alcohol service. The role demands knowledge of a diverse beverage menu including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, as well as compliance with local laws and company safety procedures. Physical abilities, such as lifting up to 30 pounds and manipulating heavy kegs, are essential, along with a commitment to working evenings, weekends, and holidays during resort operating periods. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exceptional mountain hospitality team, enjoying both the dynamic work environment and the rich lifestyle benefits of working at a world-class ski resort, including free and discounted access to ski resorts and gear, employee housing options, health benefits for eligible staff, 401K matching, and more. Joining Crystal Mountain means becoming part of a community dedicated to empowering employees, honoring authenticity, and cultivating collaboration while celebrating the enduring memories that mountain adventures inspire.
