This opportunity is for a bartending position within a hotel or resort environment, offering an hourly wage of $16.90. The role is central to creating a high-energy, enjoyable atmosphere for guests, combining speed and efficiency with a friendly, professional demeanor. The bartender will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including traditional cocktails and specialty drinks, following standardized recipes and maintaining strict portion control. This position demands thorough knowledge of food and beverage service, hospitality standards, and a commitment to exceptional guest relations.

Bartenders at Pacific Hospitality Group have comprehensive responsibilities, from setting up the bar for daily operations to managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and handling financial transactions accurately. The role also involves upselling beverage and food items to maximize profitability while accommodating guests' special requests and dietary needs. Staff working in this role will be trained and required to comply with food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service certifications such as TIPS. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be used as required, alongside adherence to safety policies including the hotel’s Hazardous Material program.
