Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in banqueting and restaurant events
- ability to generate minimum $15 million in annual event revenue
- must be flexible to work nights and weekends
- proficient knowledge of restaurant management systems
- strong business and financial acumen
- fluency in English
- Spanish knowledge highly preferred
- bachelor's degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 5+ years of leadership experience in banqueting, restaurant events, and hospitality
- proven track record generating $15 million+ annual event revenue
- strong business and financial acumen
- proficiency in restaurant management systems and processes
- fluency in English, Spanish knowledge highly preferred

Job Duties
