Job Duties

  • serve as the main point of contact for all events ensuring plans are executed flawlessly and guest satisfaction is achieved
  • support ongoing event and banquet sales efforts by promoting available services and offerings
  • assist in the planning and execution of all events
  • coordinate menus event details and room diagrams for functions
  • develop detailed event execution plans and communicate effectively across departments
  • meet regularly with leadership to review upcoming events
  • track event changes and communicate updates impacting staffing and setup
  • collaborate with culinary leadership on menu updates to reflect trends and client preferences
  • train and lead event service staff to maintain high service standards
  • develop and manage the annual budget in coordination with senior leadership
