Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury catering and/or high-volume banquet production
- 1 to 2 years in a similar managerial role
- Ability to lead a team in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work long periods standing and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain inventory and cost control
- Experience in banquet menu planning and food purchasing
