With a vision centered around fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment, Pyramid Global Hospitality values diversity, growth, development, and the overall wellbeing of its employees. This dedication to a People First culture is not only evident in their employee development initiatives but also in the range of benefits and unique perks they offer to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement. Operating across over 230 properties worldwide, Pyramid Global Hospitality continuously strives to build meaningful relationships with its teams, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their careers.

Among the distinguished properties managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality is the Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway, a prestigious venue featuring 143 guest rooms and suites, expansive meeting spaces totaling over 2,400 square feet, and two distinctive dining outlets, including their signature restaurant. This property exemplifies the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous service and attention to detail.

The role of Banquet Server at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a world-class service environment. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that banquet functions run smoothly from beginning to end. This involves setting up banquet rooms by draping tables, arranging silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and placing table centerpieces to create an inviting and elegant atmosphere.

During events, the Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages, bus tables, and clearing away dishes promptly and efficiently. The position demands attentiveness to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to respond to guest requests and dietary needs with professionalism and warmth. Additionally, the role entails cleaning back halls, organizing storerooms, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the event spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.

Beyond the fundamental responsibilities, the Banquet Server is also expected to assist with event room setups tailored to specific meal periods and table requirements, perform food and beverage preparation duties such as brewing coffee and stocking workstations, and provide exceptional customer service including offering general information about the property, welcoming guests warmly, and addressing any concerns promptly.

This position is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of food service experience, particularly in banquet environments within 4-star or 5-star venues that emphasize synchronized service. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is highly valued, as is the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Pyramid Global Hospitality offers competitive compensation starting at $10.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and unique employee perks such as on-site wellness programs and discounts on local services and hotel stays.

Joining Pyramid Global Hospitality means becoming part of a company that prioritizes employee growth and success, fosters a collaborative culture, and is dedicated to providing unparalleled guest experiences in a dynamic and supportive work environment. If you are motivated, professional, and passionate about hospitality, this role offers a remarkable platform to develop your career and be part of a global hospitality leader.
