The Server role at Seabrook Island Club is integral to delivering an exceptional dining experience to members and guests. Servers are responsible for setting tables correctly, greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and efficiently serving meals and cocktails. A key part of the role includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of both dining rooms and sidework areas, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable service flow. Servers also assist with opening and closing duties each shift and are expected to participate in staff meetings to stay aligned with the club's high standards.

Job Duties

  • Properly set tables and sidework areas in dining room and kitchen
  • greet guest at table and take orders as necessary
  • serve all courses of meal using proper service
  • remove dirty dishes, silverware and unused glassware
  • complete all opening and closing sidework for each shift and weekly cleaning duties
  • attend all required staff meetings
  • maintain a safe working environment
