The Fort Lauderdale Marriott North is currently seeking a highly motivated On Call Banquet Server. This pivotal role involves preparing banquet rooms for functions, including setting tables with linens, silverware, and centerpieces, as well as serving guests during events. Successful candidates will play an essential role in facilitating smooth and efficient banquet operations by assisting in setup, serving food and beverages, and managing cleanup and breakdown after events. The position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and possesses a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The banquet server will also be responsible for managing AM and PM break stations by preparing coffee, tea, snacks, and beverages while ensuring all workstations are properly stocked. Additional duties include engaging warmly with guests, taking special dietary requirements into consideration, and maintaining safety standards within the event spaces. This On Call, part-time position offers flexible work hours with compensation starting at $10.98 per hour.
