Our company is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere where every team member belongs and can contribute meaningfully. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, we take pride in executing each function with professionalism and attention to detail. We are currently seeking diligent and courteous Banquet Servers to join our food service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates interested in hospitality and event service to grow their careers within a well-established company.
The Banquet Server role is fundamental to the success of our functions and events, requiring individuals who can deliver prompt and courteous food service to guests. Candidates will work under general supervision and will be responsible for the set-up, service, and break-down of assigned functions ensuring a safe and accident-free environment at all times. The ability to remain attentive to customer needs throughout the dining experience is essential to exceeding service standards and providing memorable guest interactions.
Flexibility in scheduling is required as the position involves working mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local travel for outside catering functions will also be expected. Candidates should be capable of handling moderate physical demands including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering large trays and equipment safely. The role also requires keen organizational skills, the ability to multitask in noisy or crowded environments, and strong communication skills to effectively follow verbal and written instructions as well as interact positively with guests. Our company values individuals who approach their work with professionalism, tact, and dedication, making this an ideal role for motivated individuals seeking to thrive in a hospitality service setting.
