This position requires a flexible individual ready to work long hours when necessary, standing for the duration of shifts, and performing physically medium work involving lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 50 pounds. The Banquet Server must be skilled in multitasking, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and attentive listening to anticipate and solve guest concerns quickly and effectively.
