Job Duties

  • Set up banquet events including tables, buffets, bars, and snack breaks correctly and accurately
  • Serve food and beverages professionally butler-style, tableside, and from buffets
  • Monitor tables, buffets, and breaks to keep them clean, stocked, and visually appealing
  • Assist banquet team members in delivering exceptional event experiences
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality
  • Be knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
