At American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Delaware North Sportservice operates the concessions and premium dining services within the 41,900-seat stadium, home of the Milwaukee Brewers since 1970. The company manages various concession outlets, suites, clubs, and all-inclusive areas, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Additionally, Delaware North runs the J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant, which infuses local Milwaukee flavors into its culinary offerings by partnering with regional vendors. This fosters a unique and authentic guest experience that celebrates the local culture and cuisine.
The position of a Banquet Server at American Family Field is a vital role within Delaware North’s hospitality team. Seasonal Banquet Servers are responsible for providing outstanding guest service during banquet events, ensuring all food and beverages are served with professionalism and attentiveness. The role involves the complete banquet cycle, from set-up to service, clean-up, and tear down, requiring efficiency and teamwork. Working as a Banquet Server offers an exciting and fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who thrive on delivering excellent guest experiences and enjoy being part of game day action.
The employment is seasonal with a competitive pay range of $12.00 to $15.00 per hour. Team members benefit from a comprehensive package that includes weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
This role demands excellent guest service skills, the ability to work quickly while maintaining quality, and a positive, professional demeanor. Banquet Servers must wear a neat and professional appearance and anticipate guest needs to offer exemplary hospitality. The position requires physical stamina to stand or walk throughout shifts, often including stairs, and handle lifting up to 35 pounds. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the varied schedule of events at the stadium.
