Must be located in or near Miami, FL
Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items
Reliable transportation to event venues throughout Miami
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

Provide professional food and beverage service at corporate events, weddings, galas, and private functions in Miami
Set up banquet tables, linens, glassware, and service stations
Serve plated meals, buffet stations, and passed hors d'oeuvres
Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organized event space
Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional customer service
Follow event timelines and directions from captains and event managers
Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup when required
