Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Fine dining experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- TB clearance
- Valid Gray liquor card
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry food trays and up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Deliver high-quality, courteous food and beverage service in a clean and pleasant dining environment
- Maintain proper uniform standards and personal cleanliness
- Complete all opening and closing shift duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously using member names whenever possible
- Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge, take orders accurately, make recommendations, and operate the POS system
- Serve food and beverages at appropriate temperatures using proper service sequence and presentation
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt resolution of issues
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service stations, and work areas in accordance with Club standards
- Communicate with the manager regarding guest complaints, compliments, or when leaving the assigned station
- Answer dining room phones professionally and provide accurate Club and dining information
- Attend scheduled meetings, adhere to assigned work schedules, and collaborate effectively with team members
- Work weekends and holidays as required and perform other duties as assigned
