Job Duties

  • Begin interactions with guests in a warm and welcoming manner as a Banquet Server
  • Accompany guests to their seats and provide menu selections
  • Support the seating process and assist with managing guest flow
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly front service area
  • Assist with guest interactions during events and dining experiences
  • Deliver attentive service that creates a memorable guest visit
