The Banquet Server position at River Crest Country Club is a vital role within the expanding Catering and Events Team. Job Duties

  • Performs banquet set-up tasks
  • provides immediate attention to guests upon seating
  • takes beverage orders and serves food in specified stations
  • pours and refills wine, coffee, water, and other beverages
  • clears soiled dishes as needed
  • cleans assigned work areas in kitchen and banquet rooms
  • advises supervisor of member or guest complaints
  • assists in closing functions by removing linen, bussing, and resetting rooms
  • attends staff meetings including pre-service sessions
  • follows laws and club policies regarding alcoholic beverage service
  • thanks members and guests
  • follows sanitation and personal hygiene requirements
  • completes assignments made by Banquet Captain
  • ensures member and guest satisfaction
  • informs Banquet Captains or Manager of low inventory levels
