Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in banquet or hospitality roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, chairs, décor)
- provide professional food and beverage service during events
- maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces
- assist with buffet setups, plated service, and beverage stations
- clear tables and reset spaces efficiently and discreetly
- break down event spaces and return equipment to proper storage
- deliver exceptional guest service with a polished and professional demeanor
- follow all safety and alcohol service regulations
