Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Must be physically able to perform duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills
No prior experience necessary but hospitality background is a plus
Legal authorization to work in the country
Availability to attend an onboarding session
Must have a smartphone to use the Upshift app

Job Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work standing for long periods
Physical stamina to frequently lift or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
Ability to reach, kneel, and stoop repeatedly
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
Willingness to work flexible hours and various shifts
Basic ability to understand and follow instructions
