Job Description

Four Seasons is a prestigious leader in luxury hospitality, renowned worldwide for its unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a workplace culture rooted in continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence. The company places highest value on its people, considering them the cornerstone of its success. Each employee brings a unique passion, authenticity, and individuality that elevates the service standard and ensures that every guest encounter is extraordinary. With a global reputation for refined service and sophisticated environments, Four Seasons creates not only memorable stays but also offers career growth opportunities that empower team members both professionally and personally.

The resort embodies a perfect fusion of elevated comfort and refined adventure, located in breathtaking settings that combine natural beauty with world-class amenities. Guests at Four Seasons enjoy a thoughtfully crafted array of experiences ranging from relaxing spa treatments to exhilarating outdoor activities, all facilitated by a committed team dedicated to genuine and attentive service.

In this vibrant setting, the Banquet Mixologist plays a pivotal role by delivering an elevated beverage experience during private events, celebrations, and large-scale galas. This position is ideal for energetic and guest-focused individuals who thrive in dynamic environments that demand seamless service excellence. As a Banquet Mixologist, you will be entrusted with curating and executing sophisticated drink offerings that exemplify the Four Seasons standard, enhancing every event's ambiance and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond cocktail preparation to include greeting guests warmly, ensuring full compliance with alcohol service regulations, and maintaining immaculate beverage stations. You will collaborate closely with banquet captains, event managers, and service staff to guarantee smooth and flawless event execution. Your expertise in wines, spirits, and mixology trends will enable you to make recommendations and create personalized beverage experiences that delight guests.

This role requires a combination of technical skill, product knowledge, and exceptional interpersonal communication. You will be expected to manage bar setup and breakdown efficiently, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and diplomacy. Support for other food and beverage outlets, such as the pool bar, may also be part of your responsibilities, contributing to the resort's overall seamless guest experience.

Candidates seeking this role must have prior bartending experience, ideally within luxury resorts, upscale hotels, or event environments, along with proficiency in point-of-sale systems like MICROS. Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is the physical endurance required for standing extended periods and handling up to 50 lbs. A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to function well both independently and in a team environment are vital to success in this role.

Four Seasons values its employees by offering a competitive hourly wage complemented by gratuities and overtime opportunities during busy seasons. The benefits package is comprehensive, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, five weeks of paid time off, discounted housing, and exclusive staff travel programs. Additional perks include complimentary meals, uniform dry cleaning, resort-wide discounts, and discounted transferable ski passes, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction.

Joining Four Seasons as a Banquet Mixologist means becoming part of a globally acclaimed luxury hospitality family where you can grow, thrive, and contribute to creating unforgettable moments for guests from all walks of life. This role not only demands high professional standards but also offers a rewarding career path in an environment that celebrates excellence, passion, and innovation.
