We are currently seeking an energetic and flexible Banquet Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will lead banquet events with a focus on exceptional planning and execution. During busier banquet periods, your main responsibility will be to manage and oversee events from start to finish, ensuring that each event runs seamlessly and guests receive top-quality service. You will serve as the key point of contact during banquets, leading the banquet staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and managing set up, service flow, and breakdown processes.

This role requires a unique blend of leadership skills and a willingness to be actively involved in restaurant operations during slower weeks. When banquet activity slows down, you will transition into a restaurant role, assisting with serving and/or bartending. This aspect keeps the role engaging and allows you to maintain a strong connection with the overall team and daily operations. The position averages 30 to 40 hours per week, offering a balance of event coordination and hands-on service responsibilities.
