Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional culinary setting
  • must be ready to obtain an Idaho Food Handlers Permit or already hold a ServSafe certification
  • strong knife skills
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • deep understanding of food safety in high-volume environments
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • ability to withstand hot and busy kitchen conditions

  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
