Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant culinary experience, ideally in high-volume production and catering environments
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, with an emphasis on quality, production efficiency, sanitation, food cost controls, and modern presentation techniques
  • Innovative attitude and passion for providing memorable dining experiences
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Desire to work with an industry leader in hospitality and culinary innovation preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise and participate in food preparation and ensure outstanding quality and presentation standards across all events
  • Assist in the creation of menus and propose innovative culinary concepts to delight diverse audiences
  • Recommend and implement improvements to production processes and kitchen operations
  • Uphold strict compliance with ServeSafe sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate culinary management tasks including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Demonstrate proficiency in menu development, cost controls, and purchasing, with a strong focus on sourcing and applying local and balanced food products
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for both plated and buffet service styles
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the catering operation
