The hallmark of Northampton Country Club lies in its versatility and commitment to excellence, championing an environment where every event is treated with utmost professionalism and care. The club hosts a wide array of events, including weddings, galas, fundraisers, birthday celebrations, golf tournaments, business meetings, and many more, making it a hub of social and corporate gatherings. Reporting directly to the Sous Chef and subsequently to the Executive Chef, team members will be immersed in a collaborative kitchen atmosphere that prioritizes quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. Responsibilities encompass preparing all necessary items for service, setting up service stations, serving food in strict adherence to portion and presentation guidelines, and maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned workspaces. Those joining the Back of House team will benefit from working in a professional environment that values teamwork, continuous learning, and career growth opportunities within the culinary field. Whether your background is in fine dining or more casual service, the Northampton Country Club provides a nurturing setting where your skills can flourish and where you can contribute to memorable dining experiences for our distinguished guests. Join us to be part of a reputable club that prides itself on its high standard of service and community engagement.
