Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years culinary management experience in fine dining, hotel, or catering environment
- 3+ years food and beverage management and supervisory experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain professional and respectful demeanor
- Mental and physical stamina for extended hours
- Adherence to company code of conduct
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and scheduling
- Flexible and adaptable to various environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree in food and beverage or culinary arts preferred
- Minimum 5 years culinary management experience in fine dining, hotel, or catering
- At least 3 years food and beverage management and supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Experience training and mentoring staff
- Fluent in English
Job Duties
- Drive banquet culinary efforts including creative and profitable menu development
- Maintain operational effectiveness of banquet kitchen within budget
- Supervise kitchen and banquet staff for assigned shifts
- Establish prep schedules and ensure timely food preparation
- Monitor inventory and order kitchen supplies
- Train and orient kitchen staff ensuring consistency
- Enforce all health regulations and quality standards
