Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of health and safety standards
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and lifting tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is an advantage

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special
- Clear and transport tableware by removing dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and delivering them to the dishwashing area for cleaning
- Manage service stations by making sure they are always fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
- Support table service by assisting servers with delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed
- Prepare tables for dining by clearing and resetting tables with clean serviceware to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
