As the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide, Invited manages over 130 country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs, each offering a wide array of first-class amenities. These amenities include championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, fitness centers, and much more. The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive work environment where employees play a key role in the success and growth of the business. The culture at Invited emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to member satisfaction. The employment type for this role can vary, with both full-time and part-time positions available, and the compensation is competitive, reflecting the individual's skills, experience, and location.

The role of Bartender at Invited is vital in maintaining the high standards of service expected within its clubs. The Bartender is responsible for beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving drinks while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This position requires excellent service skills aligned with the club’s standards and focuses on exceeding member and guest expectations. Bartenders are expected to consistently follow the three steps of service to enhance the overall member and guest experience. Reporting directly to various directors in the Food and Beverage department, the role demands delivering high standards of service, assisting with food and beverage deliveries, and providing personalized attention to members by knowing their names and preferences.

Key functions include preparing the bar for service by stocking bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts. The Bartender must possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and have clear expertise in liquors, beers, and wines available at the club. Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment are essential aspects of the job. The role requires adaptability to dynamic club environments, which may include assisting other employees as needed and adhering to company and department policies and safety standards.

Physical demands are significant, involving standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy weights up to 100 pounds occasionally, and working in varying temperature conditions. The Bartender must use several tools and equipment, such as POS systems, bottle openers, wine tools, blenders, and dishwashers. The work schedule may include weekends and holidays with additional hours as required to meet business needs.

Invited believes in taking care of its employees and offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package for full-time team members. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off. This thoughtful benefits structure underscores Invited’s commitment to the wellness and growth of its workforce.
