Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing
- Sufficient visual acuity
- Attendance requirements as outlined on weekly schedule
- Availability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong ethical work standards
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and wine varietals
- Ability to open wine bottles properly
Job Duties
- Maintain beverage control
- Ensure accurate pouring and serving of products
- Keep bar area clean and organized
- Deliver high standards of service as outlined in F&B service training
- Assist with food and beverage service to members and guests at the bar
- Greet members promptly and provide personalized experiences
- Prepare bar for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice
- Check bar cleanliness regularly and sanitize
- Complete daily assignments and side work
- Maintain knowledge of a la carte menu and daily specials
- Stock liquor items properly and manage beverage inventory
- Support fellow employees and contribute to team environment
- Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain professionalism
- Attend briefings and stay informed on team activities
- Wear clean and appropriate uniform
