The role of Bartender at Invited is vital in maintaining the high standards of service expected within its clubs. Key functions include preparing the bar for service by stocking bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts. The Bartender must possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and have clear expertise in liquors, beers, and wines available at the club. Supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment are essential aspects of the job. The role requires adaptability to dynamic club environments, which may include assisting other employees as needed and adhering to company and department policies and safety standards.

Physical demands are significant, involving standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy weights up to 100 pounds occasionally, and working in varying temperature conditions. The Bartender must use several tools and equipment, such as POS systems, bottle openers, wine tools, blenders, and dishwashers. The work schedule may include weekends and holidays with additional hours as required to meet business needs.
