Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence
- must be at least 21 years of age
- Food Handler Permit, Tips Certification, Sheriff Work Card
- competency in reading, writing, and arithmetic
- ability to learn menus, recipes, and wine lists
- good interpersonal skills including excellent customer service, listening, and oral communication
- ability to transport fragile items in busy areas
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of bartender experience with demonstrated competence

Job Duties
- Report to work on time in the proper uniform and obey all company rules and regulations
- prepare assigned station and assist others while maintaining cleanliness and appearance
- greet and inform guests of specials and make drinks as ordered
- anticipate guest needs and keep tables or bar neat and clean throughout service
- serve alcohol according to State Alcohol law and regulations
- maintain sanitation of area and practice good safety for employees and guests
- treat guests and employees with respect and resolve problems professionally
