As a Bakery Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge. Your key responsibilities will involve assisting the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals while ensuring that all quality assurance and safety standards are strictly adhered to. You will be instrumental in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming bakery environment, encouraging customers to return by consistently delivering fresh, delicious products paired with excellent customer service.

This role requires handling bakery equipment proficiently, including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and various kitchen utensils to prepare bakery items accurately per customer requests. You will also be tasked with promoting bakery specials and offering product samples, helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases. The position emphasizes measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to recipes, maintaining inventory and product quality by reviewing "sell by" dates and proper labeling and packaging.
