Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
  • Hand dexterity for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
  • Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Ability to work in both wet and dry conditions
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery
  • May require use of ladders
  • No prior retail experience required

Job Duties

  • Weighs prices and packages customer orders
  • Understands venue menus and stays abreast of specials and menu changes
  • Follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
  • Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
  • Completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
  • Arrives to work station on time and ready to work
  • Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly
  • Maximizes sales potential through effective product preparation and merchandising
  • Follows and complies with Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment
  • Performs opening, mid, and closing duties
  • Reports safety hazards and violations immediately
  • Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
